Can I pay full when we meet for COD, without submitting the deposit?

We would rather you do pay the 50% deposit especially if it is your first buy. This is our safety measure in case of a “no-show” on the part of the customer. On the other hand, we will return the full amount to you if you decided not to purchase the items.

Why can I reserve the items only for 3 days?

This is a standard term for most shopblogs you’ll find online. Reservations are only for serious buyers and we’d rather the items be open for other prospective buyers to purchase. Thou shalt not be greedy!

What happens if I didn’t pay/respond after that 3 days?

We will try to contact you for at least another day if this happens. “No answer” will lead to the item(s) being released for other shoppers, but no, we do not blacklist people just because of this. Please be considerate and do inform us should you decide not to proceed in purchasing. We understand if you have second thoughts on buying, it’s just human nature.

Why don’t you use normal mail? It’s much cheaper isn’t it?

Yup, it’s definitely cheaper and most definitely slower! All of our items cost more than the price of a postcard, wouldn’t you worry if your parcel took so long to arrive? PosLaju is fast, reliable and provides insurance for losses and damages. It will only costs a couple of extra ringgits that’s almost the same with traveling to the nearest mall, minus the traffic!

I think your PosLaju charges are more expensive that other shopblogs.

We’ve surfed around to investigate this statement and sadly, it holds true. Other clothing blogs even provide free shipping for any purchases, but we truly could not offer such a generous frill. Maybe it’s because our shopblog carry plus size clothes which are generally bigger and heavier than others? But our new PF! Can we meet during the weekdays for COD?

Yes we can but that depends heavily on our schedules and availability. At the time being, we do make delivery rounds 2-3 times a week (including weekdays).

When will you deliver my orders?

We always try to post orders on the same day when the full payment is made. We live near a PosLaju Center which closes at 6pm so if payment is made before 5.30pm or so, we still might be able to mail ‘em. If not, we’ll do it on the next working day.

How can I track my mailed orders?

We will email your parcel’s tracking no. (consignment sheet number) and if we got a little busy and forgot to do that, please ask us for it. Especially if your parcel took longer than normal to arrive. You can track your PosEkspress and PosLaju mails here.

Why do you charge so much for D2D delivery?

Easy, because we actually want to discourage you from using this method! Both of us work normal 9-5pm jobs and are not be able to run around Selangor for deliveries. Haha! We also believe the other two options to be easier, faster and cost savvy!
