I’m not satisfied with my purchase, can I return it?

Yes, you can, provided the reasons of your dissatisfaction are valid and inline with our Returns Policy.

Why don’t you offer a full refund for your stuff?

Because it is not a good business practice! Imagine someone bought an item, wore it for a day and then claiming for a full refund the day after! Even if you really haven’t worn the clothes you wanted to exchange, please consider all the costs we had to bear to get the item packed and delivered to you. The customer would have to bear the expenses on sending the items back to us.

Please do measure yourself properly before purchasing. We understand that given this online situation, you cannot touch, try or even see the items in front of you before buying. These were the main reasons why we offer the policy of Exchanges & Returns.

Will I be charged for delivery again if I decides to exchange an item for another?

Unfortunately, you do. Unless you can come and meet us for COD, you don’t.

How will you return my money if I don’t have a bank account?

Maybe you can come and meet us in person? The last resort would be by using money-order where we buy vouchers at the post office and mail them to you. The vouchers can be exchanged into cash again once you received them.
