Mode of Payment

We’re fans of the following online payment channels :

The best way to confirm your order is by pre-paying your items. We shall provide our account number in our invoice to you, so please check your email after ordering.

ATM cash deposit machines

• Email us once you made the payment and include your invoice number if possible.

Internet banking

• Please use our email address and include your pf!Invoice number in the boxes provided. Simply inform us by email and we will check our bank balances. You don’t have to copy & paste the statement/receipt.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD)

• Applicable for Pick-up-Points and Door-to-Door delivery only, provided 50% deposit of your invoice has been paid using the two methods above.

NOTE: If you use Online Banking/ATM Fund Transfer using other banks to us, (i.e. Public Bank to Maybank) please allow 3 working days for your payment to clear in our accounts before we can ship your orders out.

Delivery Methods

Please decide on your preferred delivery option prior to ordering so it can be included in your Invoice.

Pick-up-Points (COD). Delivery rounds every Saturday and/or Sunday (time shall be agreed) at the following “hotspots” (with no extra charge!) :

1. OldTown White Coffee @ Damansara Uptown, Jaya33 & Jaya1 Petaling Jaya.
2. McDonald’s @ The Curve, Bandar Utama, Damansara Uptown & Seksyen 14 PJ.
3. Rasta @ TTDI, KL
4. 1Utama & The Curve Shopping Centers.

Via Postal. This is our favourite channel for delivery! It is straight forward and well documented especially for PosLaju which covers damages and losses.  We will weigh your items and calculate the shipping charges for your Invoice. All items will be shipped from Selangor, Malaysia.

PosEkspress

• Applies only to one (or two) items under 500grams that would fit the 353×250mm envelope.
• Costs RM4 per envelope.
• IMPORTANT! PoesExpress shipments will take 1 working day to arrive at Zone A addresses and 2-3 days to Zones B & C. Please check which zone your address falls to here.

Our PosLaju shipping rates

• Within Peninsular Malaysia : RM7 for the first 2 items below 0.5kg (RM6+RM1 for packaging). Add RM1 for each additional item (0.25kg)
• Sarawak : RM9 for the first 2 items below 0.5kg (RM8+RM1 for packaging). Add RM1.50 for each additional item (0.25kg)
• Sabah : RM10 for the first 2 items below 0.5kg (RM9+RM1 for packaging). Add RM2 for each additional item (0.25kg)

Door-to-Door. Yep, we could send your orders right to your doorstep. Please use this option only if you cannot use the other two methods above, as both of us might not have the time to deliver the items to you. Also, take note of the extra charge that we’ll have to add to your order!

RM8 per delivery:

• Bandar Utama, Bangsar, Damansara Jaya/Utama, Petaling Jaya (South), Bandar Sri Damansara, Kepong and Kelana Jaya.

RM12-15 per delivery:

• Sg.Buloh, Cheras, Sunway, Subang Jaya, KL (Ampang, Pandan, Wangsa Maju, etc).
