Yes! Here at Plusfabulous!, we endorse the fantastic policy of exchange and returns. The item you bought did not fit? Or you found a slightly (but unsightly) defect in our products? Fret not, here’s a breakdown of what this neat policy covers:

Exchange

1. If the item did not fit, we will exchange it to a different size (subject to availability) or to a different product (of the same or a higher value).
2. Exchanges can be made for defected items too.
3. All delivery charges (to us and back to you) shall be borne by the buyer. For example, if exchanges are made at our ‘Hotspots’ on the agreed time and date, no extra fees will be imposed. But if you’d prefer us to deliver the items to you via Door-to-Door or postal, standard charges shall apply.
4. No money-back for any exchanges, so please observe our item measurements and properly measure yourself before ordering.
5. Exchanges can be made only once.

Returns

1. If no other items interest you to exchange with the defected/unfitting item, we shall return 70% of the item’s price (excluding shipping/delivery charges).
2. Returns can only be made for unsatisfactory items with defects prior to wearing.
3. All items to be exchanged or returned must be in their original condition (when you received the item) and unused.
4. All our items can be returned or exchanged during the period of 3 days after the date of delivery.
